I keep using that AumOui soap. I feel my skin is very soft and looks shiny, and same thing for my wife. I was using face wash before that was dry, and this your soap AumOui is very good!

My favourites: "buttermilk, oatmeal & zinc"; the "100% extra-virgin olive oil castile bar"; the "lavender & goat's milk"; and the "charcoal, turmeric & tea tree bar (with the black, silky lather)! My wife's favourites: "buttermilk, oatmeal & zinc"; the "avocado bar"; and "coconut & cocoa bliss".

We love the beautiful lavender soap bar. It smells so amazing and leaves our hands feeling nice and soft. ❤️

The laundry stain-remover bar is wonderful.  I started to use the bar about four months ago to hand-wash my running socks, hats & shorts, averaging about two times a week so far.  It gets rid of sweat smell and soil stains effectively, even w/o pre-soaking.  The bar is now only 1/4 smaller than its original size.  Given how much laundry I have been doing with it, I am really amazed!  An excellent bar that's super-effective for hand-washing — and it fits perfectly in my hand.

I'm absolutely delighted about my avocado bar soap from AumOui! The smell is incredible, and my skin feels super soft. I've been receiving a lot of compliments on the fragrance -- so refreshing!

~ Thomas M.

Both soaps from AumOui have a smooth creamy texture and unique scents, making them a great bathroom decoration even when not being used. The green one "avocado", has got a lighter scent and a beautiful pattern, kinda like a flowing river. Next time, when I'm shopping from AumOui, I would definitely buy one with a pattern like that one because it's simply beautiful to look at! The yellow one "sandalwood & rose", has a nice woody scent accompanied by a stronger rose scent. I actually brought a fresh rose and it smells just like that soap! ❤️

~ Helen S.

Thumbs up for the silky "bamboo & teak "glycerine soap! No dryness at all and I like the cool scent of it as well. The "sandalwood & rose" smells great and feels great! And, the "castile-100% evoo" bar just feels nice on the skin!

~ Duane W.

After using the anitigue lavender luxury soap bar, I love how smooth my skin feels! And, I like the scent it's not too overpowering, and also not so light it's just the right amount. It doesn't leave your skin dry and itchy, it glides on the skin instantly, which I love!! The golden particles on my skin it felt luxurious...

Springtime, Transformation & the Courage to Escape Into Yourself

Spring has always been a season of transition ...

The kind that does note appear in glowing screens, endless scrolling, or constant distraction and entertainment.

Spring invites a different escape — one inward. An escape into the truth of who we are beneath noise, performance, and expectation.  The truth of our authentic self is always there if we dare to witness it and give it space.

Springtime often calls us into emergence. Yet before the blossom, there is a hidden season underground. Before the butterfly takes flight, there is the cocoon — a chamber of transmutation.  In this way, nature reveals itself again and again ...

The Art of Loving:

A Practice of Inner Connection and Shared Humanity

Love is often spoken of as a feeling — something that arrives, happens to us, or fades with time. Yet the deeper traditions of thought and lived experience suggest something else: love is a practice. A way of being. A discipline of attention.

In The Art of Loving, social philosopher Erich Fromm wrote that love is not merely an emotion, but an art that requires knowledge, effort, and presence. To love well, he suggested, we must learn it — as we would learn music, craft, or any meaningful skill. Love becomes less about possession and more about participation.

From this perspective, loving begins within and radiates outward — toward nature, toward friends and family, and toward those who may feel unseen in the wider community.

How Communing in Nature Heals Us

Listening to our body is a lot like listening to nature. The stillness of the trees is also in us, as with the flowers, and even light itself. When we become quiet, we give ourself the gift to find ourself again.
